Incident must be reported to customer service at 877-733-2850 within 21 days of receipt of product.
*In the case of a product size change with child, or
wrong size ordered, any unopened case of product may be returned for
appropriate product replacement (please include the original invoice). Call customer
service at 877-733-2850 and a shipping label will be sent to you (Valid for 3 months from
original ship date).
